The Advocacy Project is a local based charity, providing mental health advocacy services. We are very excited to be running a new mental health peer mentoring course funded my Westminster Adult Education Service. Yuva is DVIP’s young people’s service for families where children/ adolescents have been violent or abusive to their parents/carers. The service is currently able to accept referrals from agencies and/or parents in families across London that have had a history of domestic violence. Families will eligible for support if the young person has witnessed/experienced dv and needs support to rebuild safe relationships within the family. Another criteria for eligibility is that the young person is willing to address their behaviour and is 18 or under.
