Community Supported Visits to the Great Exhibition Road Festival 2025
The Great Exhibition Road Festival will be taking place on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 June from 12.00 – 18.00.

It’s a free science and arts festival and has loads on offer, such as musical acts, hands-on workshops, opportunities to meet scientists and researchers, hang out with artists, explore your creative side and much much more. Every year we offer Community Supported Visits which makes a visit to the festival much more manageable, comfortable and easy for local communities in Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. Your group could be adults, families, young people or a mixture of different ages and needs.

We want to invite as many members of the local community to visit the Great Exhibition Road Festival as possible.
We understand that there are challenges around visiting the Festival for many of our local community groups. For that reason we have created Community Supported Visits to the Festival, at no extra cost.
If you are a local community leader based in the boroughs of Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea or Hammersmith and Fulham, we’d love to help you arrange a Community Supported Visit for your group to the next Great Exhibition Road Festival, returning to South Kensington on 7-8 June 2025.
We can arrange for you and your group to have:
- A planned itinerary of the Festival that is based on the needs and interests of your group.
- Light refreshments and snacks on the day.
- Priority access to some pre-booked activities and events for your group.
- Access to a Community Space during the day for you and your group to chill out when needed.
- A volunteer to meet you at the start of your visit and stay with you throughout your time at the Festival, so that you will always have someone close at hand to help.
