Offer young people living and working in the North Westminster area access, using youth work strategies, to a range of high quality, formal and informal learning and recreational opportunities, which enables young people to: constructively challenge the personal, social and educational disadvantages they face, lead positive, creative and fulfilled lives, and contribute to the communities of which they are part.
Nation-wide, but must be 8-25 years old.
