Outside Edge Theatre Company

Outside Edge Theatre Company are the UK’s only theatre and participatory arts charity focused on addiction. We use innovative theatre to inspire change and help those affected by addiction. Since 1999, we’ve delivered thousands of arts-based interventions for vulnerable people and produced over 60 productions.  Our arts-based interventions support recovery and improve health and wellbeing. Anyone that has been affected by any form of addiction can take part. We welcome those currently in addiction, in recovery, affected by a loved one's addiction, at risk, champions and carers.

Participants: We have Weekly Drop-in groups which is ideal as these sessions are introductory and you can come as often as you like. We also offer Pastoral Care Support and Social Activities, such as free tickets to shows through OETC’s Theatre Club and Service User Social Events.

Organisations: We offer FREE 1hr Taster Sessions in Drama and Creative Writing so clients can get a taste for what we do! These sessions are fun, fast and explore the Five Ways to Wellbeing.  We also welcome referrals- if you have a client or group you would like to refer to our services, please contact the office directly or share our contact information.
