Total Family Coaching & Parenting
Total Family Coaching is a team of multi-lingual family and parenting practitioners aiming to enhance family life by raising parents confidence in their parenting abilities, reduce couple conflict and strengthen parent-child relationships. Our approach is trauma informed, evidence based, culturally sensitive and our service is available in English, Arabic, Albanian, Urdu, Hindi, Serbo-Croat and Punjabi languages.
We also deliver women's empowerment workshops and provide The Freedom Programme to help women overcome domestic abuse and learn about healthy relationships, how best to support their children when moving on whilst enhancing their self-esteem and emotional well-being.
