Memory Cafe Sessions in North and South Westminster - Jan/ Feb update
Memory cafe sessions provide group based support for people with dementia as well as their families and supporters. People are welcome to attend who live in both Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster. Cafe sessions provide a warm and friendly environment as well as information from local health and carer related services.

I have also attached our new plan for Weekend Memory Cafe Sessions for January and March 2014. On Saturday 25th January, 42 WPR will be hosting a Twin Tub singing Duo at our Memory Cafe!
Memory Cafe sessions are designed for those living independently in Westminster & K&C. Whilst we are able to provide a level of support in attending sessions, we are not able to organise or provide transport.
