Brunel & Wessex Gardens Champions Project Leader

Lead the expansion of our successful and longstanding Community and Maternity Champions programme into a brand‑new project in Brunel and Wessex Gardens, Westbourne.

You’ll empower a team of local volunteers to share key health messages with local residents, inspire positive health‑related behaviour change, and provide insight on community needs and barriers to local services.

 

Community Health and Wellbeing Worker (CHWW)
Become part of our award‑winning CHWW team in Church Street ward to help local households live healthier, happier and more connected lives.

You’ll build relationships with local residents and work closely with GP practices and local services to, empower residents to take control, connect people to the right support and help people to get involved in their community.
