Lay partner opportunity at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (apply by 27.11.26)

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for two new lay partners to join their lay partner programme. 

What is a lay partner?

Lay partners work alongside the Trust to bring patient, carer and community perspectives into our work. They contribute to projects, programmes, meetings and decision-making, helping us make sure a diverse range of experiences and views are heard and considered.

Who are we looking for?

We welcome applications from across our communities and particularly welcome applications young people aged 18–25 or LGBTQ+ people and people from a range of sexual orientations

Lay partners are not expected to represent an entire community. Instead, they bring their own perspectives and experiences while helping us ensure a diverse range of voices informs our work.

We offer remuneration to help reduce the financial barriers that might otherwise prevent or discourage participation.
