A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO, NEW OPPORTUNITIES, JOBS AND PRORAMMES:

As we're now in the 5th month of the year, here are 5 thoughts that could help the rest of 2026 be the best year of your life so far: 

  1. Question: what could you be grateful for? Research suggests that people who express gratitude for what they have, live a much happier life
  2. Quote: Being a winner is not about what you do when you win, but how you respond when you lose. Because losses teach us far more about ourselves than wins do. 
  3. Habit: Check your screen time on your phone and set a limit on the apps that are distracting for you. 
  4. Thought: What is one thing i've learnt about myself this year that I could use to make a behaviour change for the future? 
  5. Action: Write down the names of 3 people; 1 person who inspires you, 1 person who makes you smile, 1 person who says nice things about you. Spend more time with these people. 

Sometimes it's the small things in life that make the biggest impact - have a great May!

Digital Dash Programme 

The Digital Dash is a fast-paced, 4-week programme focused on Digital Marketing and AI. This focus allows those with lower technical skills to gain transferable skills even if they decide a tech career isn’t for them, whilst giving those with a deeper understanding the opportunity 1:1 career support and relevant advice. 

Who is it for?

We are looking for motivated young people who meet the following criteria:

  • Aged 18–30.
  • Residents of Westminster.
  • Currently not in education, employment, or training (NEET).

A4S - Aim for Success Mentoring Programme


The A4S programme offers work placement opportunities for young people aged 16–20 during the July and August period. As a core part of the programme, we aim to provide meaningful, real-world experience that helps young people bridge the gap between education and employment.

Creative Business Incubator: Camden

Hype & Genius are launching the second edition of their fully funded Creative Business Incubator in Camden, supporting creatives aged 18–30 to turn their practice into a sustainable business. Open to those who are pre-launch or within their first three years of trading, the programme welcomes all creative disciplines and entrepreneurial backgrounds. Participants will take part in six interactive evening workshops covering business foundations, finance, branding, marketing, operations, and freelance working, alongside opportunities for 1:1 support and guidance from industry experts. Designed by creatives for creatives, the incubator aims to bridge the gap between creativity and business in a supportive and accessible environment. 

 

Youth Ambassador Programme - CGL (Change Grow Live)

A free programme for young people aged 13–18 in Lambeth to help shape services, events, and opportunities for young people in the local area.

You’ll take part in monthly meet-ups, help plan youth events, support community outreach and social media ideas, and share your views on what young people in Lambeth need. The programme is designed to give young people a voice in shaping local services and influencing positive change.

You’ll also gain skills and experience in areas like youth work, community engagement, public speaking, and leadership, helping you build confidence and prepare for future opportunities.
