Back Pain in Black and Asian Communities - SURVEY participation request

LSBU researchers are conducting research on back pain beliefs and practices in Black and Asian communities in London. They are requesting your help with filling this 5-minute questionnaire.  You can participate if you are an adult (18+), live in London, have back pain or have had back pain in the last 12months and identify as being from a Black/ Asian heritage.
