Community Climate Action Online Workshop – 26 March

Voice 4 Change England warmly invites you to Community Climate Action in Principle and Practice, an interactive session exploring how communities can lead the way in tackling the climate crisis while building local resilience and social justice.

We will be joined by climate justice campaigners and educators, Simmone Ahiaku and Samia Dumbuya, who will expand on some of the following themes and topics:

• Key principles behind community-driven and people-centred climate action

• Relational power and alternative power-sharing models

• Reclaiming the narrative on climate and challenging who can be an expert or share valuable knowledge and wisdom

• Shaping climate policy and politics to be more representative and inclusive of those most vulnerable and affected by climate crisis
