Community Resilience Small Grants Scheme

One Westminster is excited to launch the Community Resilience small grants scheme in partnership with the Resilience Team at Westminster City Council. This initiative aims to empower communities and individuals to prepare, respond to and recover from future emergencies and major incidents. An emergency or major incident can include, but is not limited to, an extreme weather event (e.g. flood, drought or extreme heat or cold weather conditions), a major fire, a cyber-attack, a terrorist incident, an essential utility service disruption and more.

In efforts to increase community resilience for emergencies, One Westminster will award £200-800 to local community organisations and faith sector organisations in Westminster that would like to jointly deliver a community resilience tabletop exercise, co-design workshop, or community event. This is a great opportunity to work closely with emergency services, the Westminster City Council Resilience Team and other local community organisations. 

Who should apply:

• Registered Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations (VCS) that operate in the City of Westminster
• Registered Faith and Belief Sector Organisations that operate in the City of Westminster
