Extended GP services in North West London

Residents across North West London now have access to GP and practice nurse appointments from 6.30pm-8pm (6pm-9pm in Brent, Kensington and Chelsea, Queen's Park and Paddington), Monday to Friday and from 8am-8pm on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Patients can access these extended access appointments by calling their GP practice to book an appointment or by calling NHS 111 when their own practice is closed.
