FREE Loneliness Awareness & Support Training

Overview
WCL Mind are providing free 90-minute Loneliness Awareness and Support Training in partnership with the City of Westminster and RBKC.
This training is open to anyone living, studying or working in Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea.
Over 700,000 Londoners report feeling lonely ‘often’ or all the time. Loneliness can affect people at any stage of life and often arises at key transition points such as starting a new school, becoming a parent, or retiring from work. While it can affect anyone, some groups are at higher risk, including those living alone, people with disabilities, and individuals who have experienced discrimination.
As part of Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea’s action plan to tackle loneliness and social isolation across the boroughs, West Central London Mind are offering a free 90-minute training session to help build a more connected, supportive community.
