Funding Opportunity: London Violence Reduction Unit (apply bu 11.05.26)

Please see information about the following funding opportunity for local VCS providers through the The London Community Foundation - VRU Stronger Futures 3.0. This programme will support community-led organisations to deliver activities and services during high-risk hours, helping young people stay safe, build skills, and access positive opportunities.

A total of £4 million is available, with grants ranging from £80,000 to £200,000 per organisation (average grant £140,000 over two years). The programme aims to fund approximately 30 organisations across London. All projects must be completed by 31 March 2028.

Funding will support after-school and holiday provision for young people aged 8–18 who are at risk of, or affected by, violence. Activities must take place on weekdays between 3pm and 10pm, or during school holidays between 12pm and 6pm.
