GPs cut Social Prescribing in Westminster

With sadness, we must inform you that Healthcare Central London Ltd are decommissioning their social prescribing contract with One Westminster. The service is due to cease on 30th April 2025 after delivering 5 years of excellent connection and support to thousands of GP patients throughout Westminster. 

Impact on the voluntary sector and service users
We know that the social prescriber team have referred thousands of people to many large and small local voluntary and community organisations, where they have received wonderful services and support.
