Healthy Aging Study - Imperial College London/ Helix Centre research
We are looking for older adults over the age of 65 to join in the Healthy Ageing study which will focus on adopting behaviours that are known to keep people healthy and independent for longer using wearable technology. Participants will be randomly allocated into groups where they may receive a smartwatch and sleep mat to support them with this, or alternatively they may receive information on Healthy Ageing only. All participants will be given a smartwatch worth over £150 to keep at the end of the study.
