Join us for a practical training session on “Measuring the Impact of your Work”, designed to help you understand the essentials of showing the difference your organisation makes.
This interactive workshop will break down the basics of impact measurement into simple, manageable steps, with a strong focus on what funders need to see and how you can use impact evidence to strengthen your work.
During this session you will:
- Gain a clear understanding of the difference between outputs, outcomes, and impact.
- Learn simple tools and approaches to measure and evidence your work.
- Explore how to turn numbers and stories into compelling impact statements.
- Take part in practical exercises to apply these ideas to your own projects.
This short, focused training is ideal for staff and volunteers at all levels who want to build confidence in capturing and communicating the difference they make to their communities.
This training is for small VCS organisations in Westminster. Places are limited, so we can accept only one person per organisation.
