Sustaining Your Workforce in Challenging Times
An in-person session for VCS managers and trustees supporting and retaining staff and volunteers when resources are stretched.
Led by Jamie Davies, RBKC Director of HR and Organisational Development, this practical workshop explores low-cost approaches to retention, skills development, and maintaining morale in high-pressure environments.
