Involvement opportunity - experience of hospital care and discharge

ICHP are looking to create a short 3-4 minute film of NWL residents sharing their experiences of being in hospital and the discharge process. The aim is to bring to life the everyday impact challenges around flow, and delays in discharge, have on those receiving care in North West London and to engage and motivate staff working in this space around the difference they can make through their roles.

If you feel you have relevant experience (as a patient or carer / loved one) and this is something you would be interested in taking part in, it would be great if you could express interest by sharing a bit about your experience:

• Your experience of staying in hospital and of the discharge process (including which hospital)
• Why you think it’s important for patients to spend more days at home rather than in hospital
• How you would have liked things to have been better during your experience.  

If selected to take part, you will be offered a thank you payment for your time and contributions. Any filming is likely to take place at your home or in a central London location in the w/c. 10^th March.
