Health matters to all of us. That’s why the NHS in west and north London wants to know how local carers want to be involved in their NHS.

Working together to strengthen public involvement
This two-hour workshop will bring together Healthwatch representatives and NHS colleagues to discuss how we can improve the way residents influence decisions about health and care. We will explore opportunities to strengthen collaboration, share intelligence from communities, and ensure that local people's experiences and feedback are reflected in planning and decision-making. Your input will help inform future approaches to involvement across west and north London.
Workshop objectives
Participants will be invited to:
- Share how they currently engage with the NHS.
- Discuss barriers and opportunities for involvement.
- Explore what meaningful involvement looks like.
- Help shape how the NHS listens to, involves and acts on feedback.
- Identify practical ways residents and communities would like to work with the NHS in the future.
