Join the NWL 111 Patient Advisory Group

Would you like to help improve NHS 111 services in North West London?

Are you a NWL resident? Have you used the NHS 111 service?

We are looking for creative, perceptive people with a passion for health and wellbeing who would like to help shape the NHS 111 service in North West London.

About the PAG:

• Review feedback from local communities on the NWL 111 service
• Provide recommendations to inform and co-design service improvements
• Get insights from voluntary and community groups to inform our work
• Build upon and implement our patient engagement plan

What will change as a result of this work:

• We will strengthen the patient voice in ways that lead to change
• We will have a better understanding of patient experience
• We will use data to assess health inequalities
• We will identify opportunities to improve patient care

Requirements:

• we ask for commitment of an hour-long meeting via MS Teams every 3 months (quarter). If you wish to participate in additional activities, there will be an opportunity for you to do so.

The next meeting will take place in December, date TBC.
