Curiosity and Capability: Inclusive Practice in Safeguarding Adults

This year’s London SAB conference will focus on strengthening cultural capability and promoting equity in adult safeguarding. It will explore how safeguarding approaches can better reflect and respect the diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences of individuals and communities - ensuring inclusive, effective responses to abuse and neglect.

The event will spotlight under-reported discriminatory abuse and highlight how professional curiosity, and respectful uncertainty can enhance safeguarding practice.

Attendees will hear from expert speakers, learn from best practice, and mark the launch of the revised Pan-London Safeguarding Policy, Practice Guidance and Procedures. The online conference is open to all with adult safeguarding responsibilities.
