Making Every Contact Count (MECC) is an approach that encourages staff and volunteers to use everyday interactions to have brief, supportive conversations that help people make positive changes to their health and wellbeing. It focuses on listening, signposting, and empowering people to take small, achievable steps.
The One You healthy lifestyle service delivers free training on MECC.

Please complete the MECC (Making Every Contact Count) training to build confidence in having brief wellbeing conversations and signposting residents.
