The Mega Menopause Survey 2025
Menopause Mandate is a coalition of women from all walks of life—including healthcare professionals, campaigners, Government figures, and well-known public voices—working to improve awareness, access, and research into menopause.
This year, we’re launching our 2025 Menopause Mandate Survey, in partnership with UCL’s Menopause Mind Lab. Our aim is to gather real, lived experiences of women going through menopause—across every background and community in the UK.
Last year, over 19,000 women completed our survey, but only 4% identified as being from an ethnic minority background. That’s a gap we urgently want to change. Despite growing awareness of menopause, there is still very limited research into how menopause symptoms, treatment, and experiences differ across ethnic groups.
