MEWSo's AGM rescheduled for the 15th September!
This is a reminder that Middle Eastern Women and Society organisation (MEWSo)’s Annual General Meeting 2025 will now be taking place on 15th September 2025, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm at The Greenside Community Centre. This event is an important moment for us, as it's time to come together as a community, reflect on the work we’ve done, and celebrate the women and organisations who make it all possible. We’ll be joined by inspiring speakers, and you can also look forward to wellbeing activities, live music, and a delicious Mediterranean lunch.
It would mean a lot to have you with us. The afternoon promises to be warm, uplifting, and full of connection, and we’d love to share it with you.

Join us for a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a mix of activities and discussions. We'll start with a look at MEWSo’s key achievements over the past year, followed by talks from guest speakers and powerful stories from the women we support. There will be a delicious Mediterranean lunch for everyone to enjoy, along with live music, yoga, and health and wellbeing activities to take part in. You'll also have the chance to join in open conversations about our future plans, connect with others in the community, and find out how you can get involved in our work moving forward.
