PCREF Event - Real Lives, Real Impact - Creating Spaces for Change (18.09.25)

Join us for an inspiring event to hear how we are bringing the Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework (PCREF) to life.

The aim for this event is to further raise awareness of this important work, share what we have done to date, and develop our plans for the future. We want to encourage as many users of our services, those who care for them, community and system partners to attend so please could you share widely with your networks. The target communities are H&F, Ealing and Hounslow.

When: Thursday 18 September 2025, 10am to 2pm (light lunch from 1pm)
