SAEB Modern Slavery Bulletin - June 2026 and Training opportunities for August and September 2026

SAEB_logo.pngPlease find the SAEB Modern Slavery Bulletin for June 2026 at the link, which brings together practical guidance, referral routes, quick-reference tools and learning resources to support professionals in recognising and responding to concerns about modern slavery and exploitation.

We are also pleased to share the newly produced SAEB Modern Slavery Checklist for staff use across the partnership. This practical tool supports professionals to identify possible signs, ask the right questions, consider immediate risks and take appropriate action with confidence.

The bulletin also includes key indicators, advice for practitioners, referral pathway information, 7-minute briefings and learning webinars. It is intended to support frontline practice, supervision, safeguarding discussions, team meetings and wider learning across the partnership.

Please cascade this bulletin widely and encourage staff to use the resources to strengthen professional curiosity, build confidence and support timely safeguarding action.

May we also bring to your attention 2 new multi-agency Modern Slavery training dates advertised within the bulletin for professionals working in, or with, the Bi-borough who may encounter victims of modern slavery through their work.
