Join us for a focused online session to formally launch the SAEB Self‑Neglect and Hoarding Strategy and Hoarding Toolkit, which was published last September.
This event brings together key partners to share insights, practical guidance, and real‑world learning to support frontline practice across Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster.

Hear from a range of managers and services who work across the partnership on:
- The local and national picture of self‑neglect and hoarding.
- The importance of understanding lived experience and the impact of trauma.
- Insights from Adult Social Care, Housing, Environmental Health, London Fire Brigade and Specialist Support Services on roles and responsibilities in relation to self-neglect and hoarding, as well as some of the challenges and how to overcome them.
- Key messages from the SNAH Strategy and Hoarding Toolkit including effective partnership working in complex cases.
