As part of their annual quality assurance activity, please find the Safeguarding Adults Partnership Audit Tool (SAPAT) Survey 2025/26 which is being shared to all partners. Your responses are essential in helping them understand what is working well, where challenges remain, and how they can continue to improve safeguarding practice across the partnership.
The information you provide will directly inform strategic priorities and discussion at the forthcoming SAPAT Event on 4th March 2026 and will support our ongoing commitment to robust multi‑agency learning, improvement, and accountability.
