As part of our annual quality assurance activity, we are circulating the Safeguarding Adults Partnership Audit Tool (SAPAT) Survey 2025/26 to all partners.
Your responses are essential in helping us understand what is working well, where challenges remain, and how we can continue to improve safeguarding practice across the partnership.
The information you provide will directly inform our strategic priorities and discussion at the forthcoming SAPAT Event on 4th March 2026 and will support our ongoing commitment to robust multi‑agency learning, improvement, and accountability.
