May 27th 10:00-13:00, Small Hall, KTH – Wellbeing at Work

In collaboration with Central and NW London NHS Foundation, we will be looking at the following topics and how they relate to the workplace:

• Understanding Anxiety and Stress
• Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
• Practical tools for managing Anxiety and Stress

We expect this to be an informative session with NHS professionals, specifically designed and geared towards people working in the charity sector.
