WEBINAR: How can the NHS end rough sleeping and tackle homelessness? (03.11.26)

Pathway_logo.pngThe Prime Minister has declared that ending rough sleeping is now a national priority and the NHS has a major part to play in helping him deliver on this pledge. Please find details about a free on-line webinar delivered by Pathway for NHS Commissioners and system leaders to show you we can help you to improve outcomes for people experiencing homelessness, end rough sleeping and deliver better value for the NHS.

The session will describe how Pathway works with NHS organisations to assess need, create specialist, integrated inclusion health teams, reduce hospital discharges to the streets and improve outcomes for homeless and inclusion health populations.

Join us to find out how you can:

  • Improve outcomes in acute and mental health Trusts through an evidence-based approach to better management of homeless patients.
  • Give a more effective, safer response to patients who are homeless, and prevent people being discharged back to the street.
  • Generate wider system benefits and savings, including moving care from acute settings to the community.
  • Use Pathways support and expertise to assess local need, cost and design an appropriate service for your population.

The session will include information about Pathway's Partnership Programme, drawing on data from our brand new 2026 Impact Report.

This session will be held online at:

 10 am - 11.15 am on 3rd November 2025

Please sign up here on Eventbrite.

This webinar is for all colleagues with responsibilities for inclusion health populations, or roles related to health inequalities.
