Westminster City Council VCS Premises Policy Consultation (ends 7.11.25)

Westminster City Council have developed the VCS Premises Allocation policy to improve the consistency and transparency in the way council-owned space is allocated and managed for the VCS. It has been in development for a year through a cross-council working group.

They are consulting the VCS on two sections of the policy as found in the attached document:

1. Section 4 focuses on “The process and criteria for allocating newly available space to VCS organisations, under leases and licences”.
2. Section 6 focuses on “Prioritising organisations and groups for ad-hoc and block-bookings of space when there is high demand”.
