Arts Therapy Group Session for Racial Trauma Support (Thur 1st Oct, 3-6pm)
Do you support Black community members? In celebration of Black history month 2026 Making Time for Black Mental Health Events We're seeking outreach to community leaders, NHS/VCSE and Voluntary sector to share free racial support with your service users from Black heritage communities to sign-up free for Arts Therapy Group Session in Notting Hill.
What is Arts Therapy Group Session for Racial Trauma Support?
This is a safe trauma-informed creative wellbeing session supporting people to explore feelings and experiences connected to racism or racial trauma led by Registered Dramatherapist.
No artistic experience is needed. Participants will use pens, pencils and A4 paper, drawing, writing, storytelling and reflection to express thoughts and feelings that can sometimes be difficult to put into words.
When: Thursday 1st October 2026 at 3pm-6pm
