The Beethoven Centre is a Health Hub of activities for everyone. Please find below a list of our activities:
Drop in to Weigh in
Are you concerned about your weight?
Come along to our FREE weight management service to receive healthy eating and exercise advice from a dietician and the Health Hub Coordinator.
Every Tuesday 4.30 – 6.00pm, no need to book.
Themed sessions also run on a fortnightly basis. See the Drop in to Weigh in timetable in the downloads box to see which sessions are coming up.

Physical activity
Affordable exercise classes for all abilities and ages. Check out our timetable of weekly activities below.
Children (Under 12s) (£1.50 per class for members, £3 for associates)
Adults £2 per class for members, £4 for associates
(Daytime adult classes have a crèche available for 0-5year olds at £1 per class)

Walking Group
Tuesdays, leaving at 9.30am from the Beethoven Centre
Walking is great for your health. It helps to control your weight and prevent conditions such as heart disease, type II diabetes and stroke.

How to become a member
Beethoven Centre membership aims to encourage attendance at the many regular activities delivered from the centre.
Membership costs £8 per year for adults and £4 per year for children and provides a 50% discount on all Health Hub physical activity classes.
Beethoven Centre membership is available to:
Residents from Queens Park (W10) and Harrow Road (W9), but not exclusively - please check with reception
A2Dominion tenants
Over 50s
Associate memberships are available for those living outside of the catchment area that would still like to attend regular activities.
