Kooth.com - Free online support and wellbeing 365 days per year

Kooth.com is a professional mental health and wellbeing service, commissioned to Kensington, Chelsea, Hammersmith, Fulham and Westminster FREE to use for 11-19 year olds.

The service is available 365 days a year until 10pm, and could be the support service some young people need during the holiday from school, to manage exam results, for changes in their life.  There is no reason to large, or small, and no referral process.

We know that emotional health can affect all areas of life, and young people with positive mental health tend to do better at school, socially and with their future goals.

Kooth.com provides an online service where young people can talk online to a professional, or view topics pages, news articles and self help information.
