KCSC.pngNorth Kensington Self-Care Programme

The North Kensington Self-Care programme aims to support the communities in North Kensington affected by the Grenfell Tower fire to manage their long-term health conditions in a non-medical manner, whilst building confidence, knowledge and skills to manage their health and wellbeing. It also aims to provide tools to improve health outcomes and to identify barriers to health and develop solutions.

This programme is funded by West London Clinical Commissioning Group (WLCCG) and is project managed by the Kensington and Chelsea Social Council (KCSC), the latter supports the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) with project design, implementation, monitoring and reporting.

If you have any queries relating to this programme or would like to express a specific health need within the North Kensington community, please contact Camila the Health and Wellbeing Project Officer via email camila@kcsc.org.uk or via phone on 02081592197.
