One You: New Integrated Health Service – We are live!
We are delighted to let you know that the new One You Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster service is now live.
We are ready to start accepting referrals and self-referrals from residents in both boroughs who need help make simple changes towards a longer, healthier and happier life.
The new One You continues to offer a range of important health interventions, including smoking cessation, tier 2 weight management, physical activity programme, alcohol risk reduction and healthy lifestyle and psychological support. The service will provide a renewed focus on addressing health inequalities in order to reduce instances of CVD and lifestyle-related cancers. Working closely with VCS organisation, partners and residents, support is now targeted towards those who need it most, including global majority/Black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) communities, people with a disability and those with mental health issues.

What’s next?
We are really keen to start building a caseload of residents to support, so we will be prioritising community outreach alongside staff training over the coming weeks. A go-live advertising campaign will support self-referral generation, and at the end of December we will launch a New Year 2025 campaign to motivate further uptake. We would love your help to promote this through your communications channels. We will be back in touch with further information on this in the coming weeks.
If there is anything else you’d like to ask us, please drop us an email back and we’d be very happy to help - oneyou.kcw@reedwellbeing.org.uk
