Sophie Hayes Foundation is an organisation which focuses on supporting women self-identifying survivors of human trafficking and our purpose is to help survivors achieve complete and sustainable freedom through the kind of independence that only comes from the ability to live and work.

We are an employability-based charity, and our programmes are designed to help survivors to develop various skills through in person and remote group workshops, one to one sessions, remote learning, group coaching and access to further enrichment opportunities available to them. Our programme consists of three Modules, enables each survivor to build their confidence, employability and come away with tangible outcomes such as a CV and Cover Letter as well as furthering their skills. We also offer support into education and work placements. The overall purpose of improving theses skills is that it will help rebuild confidence and hope for a better future while also allowing the survivor to reintegrate back into secure and safe employment in the future.

Our next programme will be starting on the week commencing 05/02/2024 with referrals closing on 19/01/2024. If you feel you support anyone who may benefit from this service, I have attached the referral link below, as well as our fact sheet for more details about the programme.
