Some feedback from previous attendees:
"It was amazing to be in a safe, comfortable judge free environment where I feel open to share my struggles, thoughts and ideas. Attending the course was a new opportunity and something I haven’t done for a while…" - Women’s Confidence Programme Attendee
"I learnt how to be kinder to myself – e.g. learning to say ‘no’ sometimes. Not being too self-critical and limiting myself. It has been a priceless experience which will assist me on the rest of my life journey." - Women’s Confidence Programme Attendee
