What is WorkWell

WorkWell is a friendly, free, voluntary and local employment support service for anyone with a disability, physical or mental health condition, who is struggling to stay in work, return to a job, or trying to find new employment. We can assist you in dealing with your health barriers to thrive at work or return to meaningful employment. WorkWell can also support you if you’re self-employed or want to return to self-employment.

An experienced Work and Health coach provides tailored advice and support to help you manage your condition, boost your confidence, and stay in or get back to work.

We focus on prevention and take a personalised approach to understand your unique situation. If you’ve recently left work or are finding it hard to stay in work because of a health condition or a disability, we’re here to help you take the next step.

Employment support is for you if you:

  1. Are over 16 and have the right to work
