Cyber Attack translated information leaflets for RBKC residents

Thank you for your ongoing patience while the council continues to respond to last month’s cyber attack.

Please find translated copies of the latest information leaflet in six languages for residents, and for staff if that would be helpful in their everyday engagement with residents. Hard copies of the information will be delivered to some community centres next week. As always, the latest information is on the RBKC website including what residents can do to keep their data safe. We also have a set of FAQs that are updated frequently.

As the attack has also affected Westminster and Hammersmith and Fulham the information is also useful for those boroughs.
